The location suited my needs perfectly. It was near the train station and in the town center. having a ground-floor room was also really convenient since i am not fond of stairs. the hotel was warm, comfortable, and secure, i safety was good . the tea facilities provided were a lovely touch.
I noticed some noise from rooms above and hallways. This is likely due to the building conversion and not much can be done about it.

the location suited my plans very well. there were also many drink making supplies available, i found that convenient.
I noticed there was no iron in the room. also, the room above was quite noisy from early in the morning. It was really distracting.
